    Hi,

    I’ve discovered that when using the flexible UPGMA analysis the maximum number of rows permitted is set at 100 as a default. I was wondering if there was a way to get around this, as in, analyse a larger data set.

    Hi Tracy

    Easy.

    At the bottom of the association TAB of the Analysis Windows there is a check box “Generate lower symmetric matrices of associations”. Check it, then choose what analysis options you want.
