MCAO significance levels

    Hi all,

    Are MCAO results (i.e. % permutated r2 values > actual r2 values) analagous to signficance levels.

    For example if a PCC vector has a MCAO of 5%, does that mean that it is significant at 0.05, and that a MCAO of 0% is sig. at <0.001?
